Bikes & Breakfast! Couldn’t be happier; bikes and breakfast! Behind the ‘industrial estate’ entrance/car park there is this fab little cafe. Friendly, professional and a really good full english for a fair price. Food was served piping hot. Oat milk on the menu for people like us who have annoying food intolerances. Loved the quirky bike theme throughout - including the toilets. Inventive upcycling creativity - love it!

Great Place For Events Baffles Cafe kindly hosted a social evening for our bike group a few weeks ago. Zoe made the whole process really easy and accommodated all our needs seamlessly. She put on a delishious (and generous) spread of homemade, hearty, quality food. Such a cool venue!, and to have the place exclusively to ourselves to be able to mingle and chat alongside superb food and service in such a relaxed setting was perfect ! Great Food, small cafe inside the motorcycle shop in Broomhill way. This cafe is inside the motorcycle shop opposite McDonalds. It's not very big and hidden away so usually quiet. Food is very good indeed. Definitely worth a visit!

Went along to look at this tiger 660, met Paul and he was fantastic so helpful and not like alot of sales guys, explained what I wanted tried a couple options and decided on this one he was so knowledgeable and helpful all the way and true to his word start to end absolute pleasure and highly recommend the place and all the staff are amazing friendly and professional, lovely cafe for amazing food and staff,
Didn't catch the name of the lad that handed over the bike due to Paul away on Holiday but also a great helpful guy, well done all amazing place.

My mum phoned up about my motorbike as i am having issues with it but she was asking if they could hopefully sort it and if they could collect it as it won't switch on at all and the man she spoke to was very rude towards her and I heard everything that was said and honestly if I had someone working for me on even on the farm with my existing customers and they spoke to my customers like that I would them the sack straight away and tell them where to go because his customer service skills were very poor I was hoping to pay for them to come out and collect it and sort it but not anymore not after that. Disgraceful!!!

Delighted with my new (dream) bike, a Ducati 996, and the service from Davant Bikes. I had a decent-length test ride that really helped me make up my mind. Paul was friendly, helpful and open, which made everything easy. I even travelled a six-hour round trip both for the test ride and collection, and wasn’t disappointed. I’d recommend buying from them to anyone, even if you're buying remotely, and you want your bike delivered. I also love that they have a cafe 'Baffles Cafe' in the showroom — I’ll definitely be back for a coffee this summer!

Legends tell of a realm called Davant Bikes in Torquayshire, where weary travellers find steeds not of flesh and bone, but of steel and petrol. It was here my odyssey for a German-forged ride came to its peculiar end.

I was greeted by Paul; warrior, merchant, and part-time wizard of paperwork, who smote me in the duel of negotiation. Struck down, I yielded, yet he took pity, arranging my prize’s passage across the Tamar, into that blessed kingdom where cream rests gently upon jam, unlike the barbaric reverse favoured in Torquayshire.

And lo, a banquet was set forth: noble MOT scrolls recited, quality rites performed, and, as though by enchantment, three-quarters of a tank filled with the liquefied ghosts of prehistoric reptiles bestowed upon my steel horse.

One day I shall bid farewell to this trusty ride and again brave the eastward road to Davant’s gates. But until that day, I slumber peacefully, guarded by the magical shield they call “warranty.”

Let this review stand as a beacon for all adventurers who seek steeds, bargains, and perhaps even a man named Paul.

Bought a very nice used Kawasaki Z1000SX and the reception and service from Paul was outstanding. Great chat, friendly and sorted a few minor issues but overall I would definitely recommend Davant Bikes to anyone looking to buy a motorbike. And very close to Torre railway station for when you collect and ride away. The attached cafe is lovely too and great for an excuse to pop in on a ride out.

Bought a bike from Davant last Wednesday and really such a nice and easy process! Paul was great, he answered all my questions, sent videos of the motorbike and updates. Once the sale had gone through, they did a full years MOT, which passed with flying colours, but he did mention they thought the battery was a bit weak so replaced it immediately. Paul truly went above and beyond because he promised me my bike on a certain day that he even delivered it himself.... 3 & half hours away!
I hear they do breakfast as well, in the summer I'll have to do a road trip and check them out in person 🙂

The staff helped us in an bike emergency in the garage and the staff inside was extremely helpful , friendly and welcoming I ended up buying a new bike and they sorted the bits that needed doing on it as well. we are not from this area but want to thank all the staff and bike shop for an amazing experience and all the help and support. You guys are amazing with excellent service all round.
