AK 550 has the lowest centre of gravity in its class, engineered to give the vehicle a near 50/50 front to rear weight distribution, for a perfect balance.  This strategic placement of the centre of gravity provides the ultimate handling capability, like that expected of premium motorcycles.

All body components are performance oriented, featuring an aluminium chassis, upside-down fork front suspension, dual disk Brembo brakes, keeping the vehicle agile and steady during cornering and delivers stunning stopping power whenever needed.

AK 550’s liquid-cooled 550cc Euro5 parallel twin engine with DOHC 8V, is silky smooth and highly responsive. Its 39.3 kW (52 HP) maximum power output at 7,500 rpm, generates powerful acceleration as well as impressive top speed. The power delivery is tuned to suit both spirited adventurous riding as well as pleasant touring.  With 2 rider modes for both wet and dry weather conditions, the most suitable drive performance can easily be selected.
